I may be on spring break but that’s not stopping me from blogging! Here’s some U.S. Army cupcakes I made a few weeks ago for a childhood friend of mine. She said they were a big hit at the party! Hope you like them just as much!
– Frosting, bag and Wilton 1M tip
Bake cupcakes then let cool completely.
Pipe frosting swirl onto cupcakes
Place a single Bugle and a few Runts onto the frosting in a Cornucopia form.
And volia! You’re done!
Sorry I’ve been a little M.I.A. lately but it’s finals week so things are getting hectic around here. I only have a few days of the semester left then I’ll be back to posting regularly again! I promise!
Super Mario Bros is one of those themes I have been longing to do ever since I started decorating cupcakes and I recently got the chance to make that dream come true! I’m not going to drag this out so here they areeeee…
And then it was time for them to go bye-bye….
These are my favorite cupcakes I’ve made to date and I may or may not have had some separation anxiety when they were picked up.
Hope you all like them as much as I did!
One of my dear nanny friends Taylor (I call her that because we’re both nannies and we randomly met at a park last summer when we both took our kids there) came over Saturday for a little reunion/baking lesson. Being that father’s day was the next day she wanted to make and decorate some cupcakes for her dad. He loves golf and the Chicago Cubs (smart guy!) so here’s what we came up with…
It’s not my best work because I was in a rush to get them done but overall I’m happy with how they turned out. Plus, her dad loved them so that’s all that matters!
